The Lean Laboratory

Your Kaizen Event

Lean Six Sigma and TOC for
Healthcare, Clean Rooms, Laboratories, and Repositories

Three-Day Kaizen Blitz Course Description
No single process improvement philosophy is sufficient to sustain a process of ongoing improvement.  This workshop uses a combination of lecture, computer simulations, and  case studies to demonstrate how LEAN, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints are combined to create real value added and sustainable process improvement.  The outcomes of the course include training for attendees, a prioritized list of potential process improvements, and roadmaps for implementation of selected projects.  More importantly, a kaizen team will be equipped to continue process improvement that yields improved customer service while concurrently achieving a high return on investment.

During this kaizen event, attendess will:
Evaluate the core components of LEAN, Six-Sigma, and Theory Of Constraints methodologies
Identify real value added process improvement projects
Generate and prioritize a list of potential process improvement projects
Choose the most effective process improvement tools for your projects
Create a vision and implementation plan for at least one project per attendee
